The Astorina Publishing House releases for the newstands every year almost 4.000.000 copies of the various Diabolik's editions.

The editions that are released as supplement of periodicals or released for bookshops can be added up to the previous number, for an amount of 1.500.000 copies a year.
The result of a recent survey highlights that one fifth of Diabolik's readers are under 20 (and one half is under 35), almost the 30% is female, 20% is made up of freelancers, over the 70% got a diploma and, last but not least, the amount of copies sold in Northern Italy is equal to the sum of all the copies sold in Central and Southern Italy, considering even Italy's islands.
